In Robertson our soils are rich in lime, in contrast to the rest of the Cape region where soils are mainly acid. This assures that our wines have a very special finesse. Seven generations have proudly cultivated our land to enhance the character and uniqueness of the wines - allowing us the oppurtunity to stand back and to let the wine do the talking on our behalf.
Two selections or styles are available from the winery, namely :
Bon Cap Organic Wines
This is the barrel matured wines. Full bodies with maximum flavours derived from the grape.
The Ruins Organic Wines
A very fruit driven, easy drinking style with very subtle undertones of wood.
